Why Meraki?

Meraki [may-rah-kee] adj

This is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul,  creativity or love- when you put 'something of yourself' into what you're doing, whatever it may be. Meraki is often used to describe cooking or preparing a meal, but it can also mean arranging a room, choosing decorations or setting an elegant table.

A little history about me...

I have always enjoyed organizing and de-cluttering spaces. Friends and family have always asked for assistance from me in this area of their lives, and I have always enjoyed helping them!  The funny thing is, I never dreamed that I would one day include this talent into a business of my own.  Over the last couple of years I have been training myself in the wellness field.  I have come to realize that this environment we live in has become very toxic and we all need to make some life changes to become and try to stay as healthy as we can by doing our parts at home and in our work environments.

My Mission:

To Transform One Life at a Time & Help Create One Safe Haven at a Time, by radically reducing chemicals and clutter in Our Homes.

There are toxins in our environments, and they are in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the products we clean our homes with, the personal care products we put on our skin, and these toxin affect us on a cellular level. These toxins stay in your body sometimes for up to 50 years. Toxins are invading our bodies and our liver can not rid them fast enough, so then our adrenal glands get over loaded trying to pick up the slack, causing our endocrine systems to fail and then every other organ in our body gets stressed creating a chance for disease and illness set in. Today, more and more healthcare professionals agree that virtually every illness in people's systems has now been linked and associated with toxic chemical exposure!

Secondly, I believe there is a connection between the environment we live in and our outer state of mind. I work with clients who are challenged and overwhelmed with clutter and disorganization of their environments. Clearing away emotional and physical clutter, brings your Passions to Light! Frees you up to think more clearly about how you can make small changes in your life, so that you can start living the Abundant, Happy life you were meant to live.

Together we can work on changing all this or just parts of it; we can find that light at the end of the tunnel!
